About Jenn Noble, RYT 500


Jenn is on a mission to show that Yoga is accessible to all who seek it.

She brings a deeply sincere and light-hearted approach to teaching which will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered. If you like to be challenged to grow in a supportive environment that celebrates your uniqueness, with dashes of humor, you'll love working with Jenn! 

Her teaching style is very much a reflection of her experiences in martial arts, injury rehabilitation, meditation, music, and her deep reverence for life. She loves to mix intensity with softness, and weave in ancient wisdom wherever she can.  She likes to go deep, whether it's into the hips or into the heart, and is prone to silliness and fits of giggles from time to time.

Jenn fell in love with physical movement in her 20's when she discovered Muay Thai kickboxing.  She loved the intensity of it and its basis in Eastern Philosophy. It was through this discipline that she discovered her strength and drive. She also discovered her tendency to overdo-it from time to time. In 2009 she sustained a stress fracture in her lower spine which led to a spinal condition called Spondylolisthesis. This injury literally and figuratively knocked her on her ass. She was no longer able to sustain the intensity of her physical practice and, on the really bad days, could barely walk. After spending countless hours with specialists, trying numerous treatments to deal with the pain and loss of mobility, she sought Yoga to help rehabilitate her injury.  Her life has never been the same since.  Through the practices of asana, pranayama, mantra, kriya and meditation she was able to not only manage physical pain and regain mobility, but also change the trajectory of her life.

She has traveled to Rishikesh, India twice (in 2013 and 2016) where she received her 200 and 300 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certifications in Sattva Yoga, a holistic practice incorporating multiple wisdom traditions including Tantra, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga.

Jenn is also a classically trained singer who is deeply dedicated to her meditation and mantra practice. She loves to integrate these modalities into her classes and her own life. If you see her with a harmonium in tow, you’re in for a treat.

Jenn is available for public classes, workshops, Kirtan, workplace yoga, and private/semi-private lessons.

Jenn is proud to be an Accessible Yoga Ambassador.  Accessible Yoga is dedicated to sharing the benefits of Yoga with anyone who currently does not have access to these practices, and with communities that have been excluded or underserved. All people, regardless of ability or background, deserve equal access to the ancient teachings of Yoga, which offer individual empowerment and spiritual awakening. By building a strong network and advocating for a diverse Yoga culture that is inclusive and welcoming, we are sharing Yoga with all.
